Tea accessories must be returned unused, in original, unopened packaging. In-store credit will be offered on food, prepackaged loose leaf teas or bagged teas.
All 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendars, T. Kettle Tea Tasting, gift cards & loose-leaf tea sales are FINAL SALE.
Purchases made between November 1st, 2023 & December 24th, 2023 may be refunded/exchanged on or before January 7th, 2024 or within 21 days of purchase with original receipt.
Refunds or exchanges will NOT be accepted on December 26th and 27th.

We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $70 CAD or more and a flat fee of $19.99 CAD for orders less than $70. Due to restrictions from our shipping partner, we can not ship packages to PO boxes at this time. Please note that we are not able to ship to Quebec addresses at this time.
Shipping outside of Canada to the US
We offer free standard international shipping to the US when you spend $100 CAD or more and a flat fee of $25.00 CAD for orders less than $100 CAD.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Due to restrictions from our shipping partner, we can not ship packages to PO boxes at this time.
Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.
During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 8 days for your order to be processed.
Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.
We do not currently offer online returns on our loose leaf tea. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team by emailing [email protected] and we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution.
Please note that we currently do not accept online purchases to be returned at any of our T. Kettle locations. Additionally, we do not accept in store purchases to be returned to our online store.
